About Horizon Group
Horizon Group was founded in 2024 to bring three distinct virtual companies under one controlling corporate entity. This provides for a reliable level of continuity and ease of management.
While each company is independent in terms of the types of operations it performs, they all operate under the banner of Horizon Group. Simulation software used includes Microsoft Flight Simulator, American/EuroTruck Simulator, and Arma 3.
Our Approach
Horizon Groups companies feature detailed and real-world emulations of procedures where feasible to ensure a realistic and satisfying experience for our members. Other services used include FSHub, LRM, SimBrief, and VATSIM. Our focus is on a fulfilling and soft-realistic format, leveraging the tools available that enable members to get the most out of their precious time they choose to devote to the organization.
Although not required, there are many opportunities for upward movement for members so inclined, such as instruction and mentorship roles, management, and event planning.
Types of flight operations
The ultimate goal is always to bring together multiple simulation platforms into one community in a way that is not only approachable, but also makes sense. Members can look forward to opportunities such as:
On-Demand (charter) passenger and cargo using a variety of small to medium sized aircraft.
Scheduled passenger and freight flights using CRJ700, Boeing 727, Boeing 737, and Airbus A320.
Custom aviation services using fixed and rotary wing aircraft, including search-and-rescue, firefighting, and aviation contracting.
